After you create documents with eiso, AGENT provides consulting, training and support so that the management system is actually implemented and established on site. After discussing with you based on the information you send in the application below, we dispatch a consultant suited to your industry, standards and size and design training suited to your company. There is no fixed price. We set the scope and schedule through the information received and our discussion, and decide by quotation.
- Application: Send your company information, eiso usage status, target standards, type of support (consulting, training, other) and your request.
- Discussion: Our staff contact you to confirm the current situation and your needs (visit or video meeting if necessary).
- Quotation and contract: The scope of support, consultant, training courses, schedule and fee are discussed and agreed.
- Dispatch and training: Within the contracted scope, the consultant supports implementation and delivers tailored training.
Note: this support is a consulting and training service from AGENT, contracted separately from the use of eiso (AI functions). It is separate from certification, does not affect the certification audit or decision of any certification body, and does not guarantee a certification result. Apply for the certification audit to the certification body of your choice.
If you already work with a consulting firm, you may keep using eiso with that firm (invite the consultant to the company workspace as a member). AGENT's support is one of the options you can choose.
