Each drawing revision is raised through preparation, review and approval. When a new revision is approved, the previously approved revision becomes obsolete, and the recipients of the obsolete revision appear in the recall list. Only the approved current revision is distributed. When you select a drawing file used on site or by a subcontractor, this browser calculates the fingerprint and checks it against the register to see whether it is the latest version. Products are linked to the products in Operational Data Management, and the list of documents and records is kept in the Measuring Equipment and Documents Register. Equipment layouts, hazardous material storage layouts and emergency evacuation plans are also kept in the same register.
