Objectives and performance monitoring runs on the Company Workspace. Indicator values are calculated from records already accumulated in operational data (Operational Data Management · IATF 16949 Core Tools · Social Value Operational Data · AI and Information Asset Lifecycle Management). Only indicators not in the data are newly entered.
Objectives and performance monitoring: view the clause 6.2 objectives through data and connect them to 9.1 analysis and evaluation and 9.3 management review

Import the objectives (OBJ) set in Objective Setting and choose the data source of each indicator, and the value and the status (achieved, on track, delayed, not achieved, judgment pending) are produced automatically for each period. After the 5th of each month, last month's figures are closed and kept as evidence, and these figures are included when you write Analysis and Evaluation, Management Review and Improvement with AI.

  1. ① ObjectivesImport them from the Objective Setting output or add them directly. The approver (top management is designated as the approver) approves them.
  2. ② IndicatorsSet the data source, aggregation, target value, frequency and baseline value.
  3. ③ Trend and statusValues by period, the trend, and whether the objective is expected to be met by the deadline are calculated automatically.
  4. ④ Monthly closingAfter the 5th of the following month, the previous month is closed and used as management review material.

Principles we follow: The server calculates the figures from records, and AI only interprets them without altering them. Statuses are for reference; the approver (top management is designated as the approver) approves the objectives, and the final judgment rests with your company. Confidential cases (concerns raised, investigations) are counted only for those who can view them and are not included in closing records. Objective statements and names are encrypted with a different key for each company.
Operation pass: To use objectives and indicators, the workspace administrator must hold at least one operation pass. Without one, you can only view them (eiso Pricing).
