If you upload the manual, procedures and forms for each standard that your company currently uses, the AI can combine them into one integrated management system document in the Harmonized Structure (the Clause 4 to 10 structure shared by ISO standards), based only on your company's materials and the latest international standards. Only ISO and/or IEC certifiable standards that apply the Harmonized Structure (HS) can be integrated.

AI AXThis function does not use other companies' model documents or industry examples. The basis is limited to two sources: ① the materials you upload and ② the latest international standards and revision materials (for the standards you choose) in the "International Standard Revision Materials". Each standard to be integrated is given a colored number badge (123 ...) so that you can see at once which standard a requirement in the integrated manual comes from.
With the integration register, you can trace and compare where each part of the materials you uploaded went in the integrated document (kept, edited, merged, deleted, added). You can see how to use it in the Integrated Management System Documents (ISO 9001 + 14001 + 45001) Example.

Operating guide

Step 1PreparationGather the current manuals, procedures and forms for the standards to be integrated (two or more). Readable formats are DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, HWPX, PDF and TXT. Please save HWP and older DOC files as DOCX.
Step 2UploadIf you choose "Upload your documents to integrate" (several files) or "Upload a whole folder", only the text is read inside this browser and placed in the box. For each file, confirm which standard it belongs to (it is pre-guessed from the standard number in the file name; documents covering several standards are set to "Common").
Step 3InputEnter the standards to integrate (only ISO and IEC certification standards that apply the HS, two or more), the output to produce, the industry and scope, and your requests.
Step 4Integrate with AIThe AI writes the Harmonized Structure clause correspondence table, gap analysis, integrated document structure table, integrated manual, integrated common procedures and the integration register. If your documents are based on an older edition, it revises them to the latest edition on the basis of the "International Standard Revision Materials" and adds the reference numbers.
Step 5Review and approvalUsing the integration register, compare your original documents with the integrated result one by one, and correct anything that differs from your actual operations. Reviewing and approving the documents is your organization's responsibility.

Output

  • Integration scope and principles, and the status of your documents (document, standard, type, base edition, where used in the integration)
  • Clause correspondence tableWith the clause and subclause numbers and titles exactly as in the ISO/IEC Harmonized Structure (HS, ISO/TMBG edition of 2026-07-01). In one table: Harmonized Structure clauses 4 to 10, the clauses of the selected standards, the corresponding documents of your organization, and the integrated document
  • Gap analysisFor each requirement: the status of your documents (available, partial, missing), differences from the latest revision, and actions
  • Integrated document structure tableCommon or standard-specific classification, related clauses for each standard, and the documents of your organization used as the basis
  • Integrated manual (draft)Common requirements are merged into one.
Requirements that apply to only one standard are marked with a colored number badge for each standard. The colors are kept when you download to Word.
An "Applicable standards and identification marks" table is placed at the front
  • Integrated common proceduresThese cover control of documented information, internal audit, management review, nonconformity and corrective action, and so on.
Several of your documents are merged into one. Changed parts are marked 【Revised】 and newly added parts 【Added】
  • List of formsLists the form number, form name, related procedure or guideline, standard indication, the original form of your organization used as the basis, and the action (integrated, retained, added).
If you select "Forms", an integrated form (draft) that merges the forms of each standard into one is also produced
  • Departments and task correspondenceIf you upload a division of duties table, the main tasks of each department and the procedures and clauses it leads or supports are summarized in a table
  • List of procedures and guidelinesIf you upload guidelines as well, you can see at a glance the guidelines linked to each procedure and their relationship (the clause or task of the procedure that the guideline implements)
  • Integration registerOne line is written for each document and clause of your documents.
The entries are the document and clause, standard indication, summary, location in the integrated document, result of handling (retained, revised, integrated, deleted, added), reason and basis, and the number of items for each type of handling
  • Documents reduced by the integration, and items to confirm (content missing from your documents that must be decided, and points to check against the original text of the standards)
  • Document completeness checkBefore you download the result, the AI first checks it from the customer's point of view.
It checks whether the requested content is complete, whether your uploaded documents are reflected and marked so that their sources can be traced (integration register, standard identification marks), whether it is consistent with the latest revision, whether it is ready for use, and whether it is accurate, consistent and easy to read.
If the result falls below the threshold (80 points), or differs from the latest revision when compared with the International Standard Revision Materials, the AI revises and rewrites it (up to 2 times).
Facts about your organization that are not in your documents are not invented and are left as "To be confirmed".
At the end of the document, the result for each check item (met, supplemented, to be confirmed) is attached.
If the result still falls below the threshold after revision, other ways to improve quality are suggested.
This check does not guarantee conformity for certification.
  • Selecting optional itemsItems marked 【Optional】 can be removed or kept from the list above the result (reflected in copying and in the Word download)

Notes

  • Payment when you clickPayment is not made in advance.
When you click "Write with AI", the price for the selected set of standards is shown (TBA for 2 standards, and TBA for each additional standard: 3 standards TBA 4 standards TBA and so on, excluding VAT). If you agree, payment is made immediately and the document is written from the content you entered.
If you already have a right to use, the document is written immediately without payment, and "Contact the person in charge" can be used without paying.
Card and simple payment are being prepared. Until then, please use "Contact the person in charge" to pay by bank transfer; the right to use is opened after the deposit is confirmed.
  • Documents to integrateThe documents to be integrated are chosen by you (manuals, procedures, guidelines, forms). If you choose none, the manual and procedures are integrated in principle.
Manuals and procedures are merged according to the Harmonized Structure (HS, the clause structure common to ISO standards).
If you select guidelines or forms, the documents of each standard are merged into one; if you do not, they are left as they are and linked.
The relationship of guidelines and forms to procedures is recorded in the integration register, list of procedures and guidelines, and list of forms.
  • Division of duties tableIf you upload a division of duties table (or the organization chart), the AI identifies your departments.
The department names are used exactly as they are for the responsibilities and authorities of each procedure and for the leading and supporting departments in the procedure steps.
A "Departments and task correspondence" table is attached.
  • Standards that can be integratedOnly ISO and/or IEC certification standards that apply the Harmonized Structure (HS) (the list below) can be integrated.
Standards that do not apply the HS (such as ISO 13485), non-ISO schemes (such as FSSC 22000, TL 9000, KS Q 9100 and IATF 16949), and ESG management systems are not subject to integration in this function (ESG management systems are handled separately in Management System Documentation).
  • Content not in your documentsOrganizations, processes, records and figures that are not in your documents are not invented and are left as "Not in the customer's documents; to be confirmed".
The more documents you upload, the better the result fits your organization (up to 36,000 characters per box; if you exceed this, please request the standards or documents in separate parts).
  • Handling of documentsUploaded files are read only inside the browser on this PC.
They are not uploaded to or stored on the website. When you click "Write with AI", only the text in the boxes is sent to an external AI service (Anthropic Claude); for "Contact the person in charge", only the number of characters is recorded.
