The food safety (HACCP) register runs on the Company Workspace. Keep the original HACCP plan and monitoring logs in a folder on your own computer; the register holds only deviations, verification results and the location of evidence (names and contents are encrypted with a different key for each company, while numbers, dates, statuses and scores are left as they are so that they can be tallied).
Food safety (HACCP) register: ISO 22000 8.5.4 (hazard control plan), 8.8 (verification) and 8.9 (control of nonconformities) as operational data
This gathers and shows the CCP and OPRP control items of the hazard control plan (HACCP) approved in Operational Data Management. When a record that fails for a CCP or OPRP is saved, a deviation opens automatically, and it can be closed only after the correction, product disposition, cause and evaluating position are entered. If a product was recalled or the verification is nonconforming, it is linked to the Nonconformity and Corrective Action Register. The next due date of verification and recall drills appears in the Operations Calendar.
- ① CCP and OPRPView the control items, limits and monitoring methods of the approved HACCP plan.
- ② DeviationsThese open automatically from a failed record and are closed by entering the correction, product disposition and cause.
- ③ VerificationEnter record review, calibration, testing, internal audit and plan review by interval.
- ④ Recall drillEnter the time taken and the traceability rate; nonconformities are linked to corrective actions.
Principles to follow: Only the limit values and intervals entered by your company are used (statutory or standard values are not preset). Positions are written instead of personal names. Clauses that could not be confirmed against the original text are marked "To be confirmed". Data is not used for AI training.
