Social Value operational data runs on the Company Workspace. It is linked to the Operational Data Management (process flow diagram) of Economic Prosperity only by process step number. All functions can be used without that link. How the storage is protected is described in the Information Security Guide.
Social Value operational data: energy, environment, occupational health and safety, business continuity, anti-bribery and compliance, seen through the sequence and lifecycle of processes

Starting from the target unit (equipment, activity, task, business partner), it is linked by the same numbers through evaluation (energy review, environmental aspects evaluation, risk assessment, business impact analysis, bribery and compliance risk assessment), monitoring plan, measured values and judgment (SEU, significance, grade, compliance, baseline). When a criterion is exceeded, a deviation from the baseline occurs or an accident happens, "Review needed" appears on the linked evaluation. The judgment criteria and legal limit values are entered by your company in the settings.

The methods follow ISO 50006:2023 (energy baseline) and ISO/TS 22317:2021 (business impact analysis).
Principles we keep: Calculations and judgments are for reference, and the final decision is made by your company. The default judgment criteria are the same values as in the Excel sheet of Management System Operation Risk Assessment, and values that the standard does not specify are left as "To be confirmed" for your company to change. Names and content are encrypted with a different key for each company, while numbers, scores, measured values and judgments are kept as they are so that they can be analyzed. An approved evaluation is not edited but replaced with a new version, and the change history is kept.
