The Internal Audit Register runs on the Company Workspace. Original audit reports and checklists are kept in a folder on your computer, and the register holds only the program, plans, findings and links (names and content are encrypted with a different key for each company, while numbers, dates, statuses and scores are left as they are so they can be aggregated).
Internal Audit Register: Harmonized Structure 9.2 (Internal audit) as operational data

Approve the annual audit program, set the frequency for each audit unit according to risk, and manage the deadline for the next audit. It imports the findings from the Internal Audit output (including mock audits), and when an audit is reported, a corrective action is opened automatically in the Nonconformity and Corrective Action Register for each nonconformity. The audit status feeds into the input for Management Review and into the operations calendar.

  1. ① ProgramSet the frequency by standard × audit unit × clause and risk (high, medium, low), and approve it.
  2. ② Audit planWhen the auditor (position) is set, objectivity and competence are checked. If it is the auditor's own work, the reason is recorded.
  3. ③ Findings and reportImport them from the output of 17; when reported, a corrective action is opened for each nonconformity.
  4. ④ CoverageSee whether the clauses and subclauses of each standard × HS have been audited within the cycle, and the three types of IATF audit.
Principles we follow: Your company sets the frequency (it is not a value set by the standard). Positions are used instead of personal names. Objectivity gives a warning only, and the judgment rests with your company. Clauses that could not be verified against the original text are marked "To be confirmed". Data is not used for AI training.
