This step examines whether we can meet customer requirements before accepting a customer's quotation, order or contract. As results, you receive a contract review checklist and a contract register.
It determines the customer requirements (legal requirements, delivery date, quality, special requirements) and reviews whether they can be fulfilled. It also manages how contract changes are handled and communication with the customer.
Note: the number beside the title is the basis clause. HS is the Harmonized Structure (the common clause layout used across ISO standards).
