For the work environment, set a reference range and measurement interval for each area and item and enter the measured values. When a value goes out of range, a warning appears and it can be linked to the Nonconformity and Corrective Action Register. For communication, make a plan of what is communicated, when, to whom, how and by whom (imported from the results of 20 Participation, Consultation and Communication and ICT 7 Introduction of Controls), and record what was communicated, what was received, consultations and complaints. A response deadline is set for what is received. Statutory inspections, safety and emergency equipment are kept in the Equipment Maintenance Register, calibration in the Measuring Equipment and Documents Register, and competence and awareness in the Competence and Awareness Register. The "Clause 7 check" tab brings together the support (clause 7) status of these four registers in one place.
- ① Work environment itemsEnter the area or process, the item (temperature, humidity, cleanliness, etc.), the reference range, the interval and the measuring instrument.
- ② Measurement and inspectionWhen a value is entered, it is judged as within or outside the range and the next measurement date is counted. A value outside the range is linked to a corrective action.
- ③ Communication planWhat, when, to whom, how and by whom: this can be imported from the table in the step results.
- ④ Communication recordsEnter what was communicated, what was received, consultations and complaints; what is received is answered by the response deadline.
