The Measuring Equipment and Documents Register runs on the Company Workspace. Calibration certificates, original documents and records are kept in a folder on your computer, and the register holds only numbers, history and locations (names and content are encrypted with a different key for each company, while numbers, dates, statuses and scores are left as they are so they can be aggregated). When file names in a folder are read, only the names are read and the content is not uploaded.

It imports the control register from the Monitoring and Measuring Equipment Control output, the document list and retention schedule from the Documented Information Control output, and the external document list from the Documented Information of External Origin output, and manages the deadlines for calibration, revision and confirmation of the latest version. If a calibration fails, the earlier measurements made with that equipment are gathered and shown, and linked directly to the Nonconformity and Corrective Action Register. When you write Management Review with AI, the calibration compliance rate and document review status are included.
