Process Control Economic Prosperity: 14 steps · Social Value: 13 steps (operational control) (HS 8.1·6.3 · ISO 9001 8.5·8.6)

This step controls the processes that produce products and services so that they run to the set criteria. As the output you receive a process flow chart and operational control criteria (QC process chart, control plan).
Organize the process flow, and turn the measures decided in Risk Assessment and Legal Requirements Identification (compliance obligations) into operational control criteria for each process and task (control item, criterion, method, frequency, person in charge, record).
It also covers work standards, validation of special processes (processes whose results cannot be fully verified by inspection after production), identification and traceability, and release approval. Planned changes and unintended changes are also controlled (including the former "control plan").
* The number next to the title is the basis clause. HS is the Harmonized Structure (the chapter structure common to ISO standards).

Division of roles: eiso prepares the plan, forms and document change proposals for this step. What you do on your own computer is operating according to the control plan and work standards, process and routine checks, and handling changes. The records and results built up by this work are the base data.
When operating, designate the Management System\Process Control folder (or file) and eiso organizes, aggregates, analyzes and synthesizes that material.
Materials to designate: control plan and QC process chart, work standards, process and routine check records, change records. (Management System Operation Guide)
