This step checks whether the legal requirements registered in the Legal Requirements step and other requirements are actually being met. As a result, you receive a compliance evaluation table.
It evaluates compliance regularly using evidence (material showing that requirements are met), takes action on anything not met, and records the compliance status.
A conclusion such as "no violation" is written only when the document number of the evidence is available; where there is no evidence, it is left as "To be confirmed". Before writing, check again for changed legal requirements on the National Law Information Center and the website of the competent ministry.
Note: the number beside the title is the basis clause. HS is the Harmonized Structure (the common clause layout used across ISO standards).
