The Change Management Register runs on the Company Workspace. Original change request forms and drawings are kept in a folder on your computer, and the register holds only the change content, impact review and progress (names and content are encrypted with a different key for each company, while numbers, dates, statuses and scores are left as they are so they can be aggregated).
Change Management Register: planned changes (6.3) and operational change control (8.1·8.5.6) as operational data

For each change, when you choose "Re-evaluation needed" in the impact review sheet and approve it, "Review needed" is marked on the risk assessment and environmental aspects in Social Value Operational Data and on the PFMEA and control plan in the IATF 16949 Core Tools, a new line is created in the Risks and Opportunities Register, and the review date of the selected documents is brought forward to the planned implementation date in the Measuring Equipment and Documents Register. The change is closed only when all marked items have been handled and the result verified. The planned implementation date appears in the Operations Calendar.

  1. ① RequestEnter the category (4M, etc.), change content, reason, target, planned implementation date and whether it is a temporary change.
  2. ② Impact reviewChoose what to re-evaluate from risks, risk assessment, aspects, PFMEA, control plan, documents, training, customer notification and so on.
  3. ③ Approval and implementationWhen approved, the relevant registers are marked automatically, and the implementation date is entered.
  4. ④ ClosureWhen all marked items have been handled and the flags are closed, enter the result verification and close (for temporary changes, until the return date).
Principles we follow: Your company decides what to re-evaluate for which change. Whether customer approval (PPAP) is needed is determined by checking the customer requirements. Positions are used instead of personal names. Clauses that could not be verified against the original text are marked "To be confirmed". Data is not used for AI training.
