The Context of the Organization Register runs on the Company Workspace. Original SWOT and PESTEL analysis tables are kept in a folder on your computer, and the register holds only issues, interested parties, requirements and scope (names and content are encrypted with a different key for each company, while numbers, dates, statuses and scores are left as they are so they can be aggregated).
Context of the Organization Register: Harmonized Structure Clause 4 (Context of the organization) as operational data

It imports issues, interested parties and requirements from the Context of the Organization (Operation) output and manages them in a register. For each requirement, decide "adopted (compliance obligation) · under review · not adopted", and the scope is kept as versions and approved. Issues and requirements that have changed since the last management review enter automatically as input to the Management Review Register, and review deadlines appear in the Operations Calendar.

  1. ① IssuesEnter internal or external, the field (political, economic, social, technological, environmental, legal, etc.), and the effect (opportunity, threat) and its degree.
  2. ② Interested parties and requirementsDecide whether each requirement is adopted, and those adopted become compliance obligations.
  3. ③ ScopeCreate a version and approve it, and the previous version is kept as obsolete.
  4. ④ Customer-specific requirementsIf you use IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements (CSR) and review dates are managed for each customer.
Principles we follow: Your company sets the review interval (it is not a value set by the standard). Positions are used instead of personal names. Numerical criteria of laws are not fixed in the register; check the original text. Clauses that could not be verified against the original text are marked "To be confirmed". Data is not used for AI training.
