The Nonconformity and Corrective Action Register runs on the Company Workspace. Names and content are encrypted with a different key for each company, and the original evidence files are kept in a folder on your computer (the register holds only file names and locations). Cases organized through "Nonconformity consultation" in Nonconformity and Corrective Action can be saved to this register or imported in bulk.

React to the nonconformity (correction) → find the cause (cause code, analysis method) → decide and carry out corrective action → verify effectiveness → the approver closes it. Overdue response, completion and verification deadlines are flagged, and you can start directly with "Open corrective action" from nonconforming products, complaints, 8D, incidents, items flagged for review and unmet objectives. When you write Nonconformity and Corrective Action with AI, the figures and a short content summary from this register are included, and the corrective action status is included in Management Review.

  2. ② Cause and countermeasuresEnter the cause code and analysis method (5 Whys, 4M1E, cause-and-effect diagram, etc.), corrective action, horizontal deployment and the person in charge.
  3. ③ Implementation and verificationEntering the completion date sets the verification deadline; if the action is ineffective, it returns to countermeasure planning.
  4. ④ Closure approvalThe approver closes the case only when the completion date, verification date and "effective" are all recorded.
Principles we follow: Statuses and deadlines are for reference, and the final judgment rests with your company. The default deadlines (response: 10 days for major nonconformity, 30 days for minor nonconformity; completion: 3 months; verification: 30 days after completion) can be changed in the settings. For confidential cases (concerns raised, investigations), only those who can view them open corrective actions. Data is not used for AI training.
