The Management Review Register runs on the Company Workspace. Original minutes and reports are kept in a folder on your computer, and the register holds only meetings, input checks, decisions and actions (names and content are encrypted with a different key for each company, while numbers, dates, statuses and scores are left as they are so they can be aggregated).
Management Review Register: Harmonized Structure 9.3 (Management review) as operational data

When you create a meeting, the input items (status of actions from previous reviews, changes in issues and interested parties, nonconformities and corrective actions, monitoring and measurement, audit results, inputs by standard) are filled in from register data, and anything empty is shown as "Incomplete". It imports the decision and action table from the Management Review report and tracks it by person in charge and deadline, and passes corrective actions to the Nonconformity and Corrective Action Register. Open decisions carry over automatically as the "status of actions from previous reviews" of the next management review.

  1. ① MeetingEnter the type, date, target period, standards, attending positions and next scheduled date.
  2. ② Input checkFilled in automatically from register data; for incomplete items, enter the review result directly, and then the approver (top management is designated as the approver) approves.
  3. ③ Decisions and actionsImport them from the output of 18 and track them by responsible position, deadline and completion result.
  4. ④ Next meetingOpen decisions, and those completed since, enter automatically as the "status of actions from previous reviews".
Principles we follow: When approved, the input data at that time is sealed and kept as evidence. Positions are used instead of personal names. Confidential cases are excluded even from counts. Clauses that could not be verified against the original text are marked "To be confirmed". Data is not used for AI training.
