This step finds the risks and opportunities your company has, evaluates them with scores, and decides what to do. You download the result as an Excel file.
When you designate a folder on your computer or upload files, the AI reads that material and carries out the evaluation. The material it reads includes the current risk assessment table, environmental aspects table, hazard and risk assessment table, the PFMEA (a table that examines in advance the failures and mistakes that can occur in a process), the control plan (a document that sets what is checked and how in a process), process charts, the material balance (a table showing how much raw material goes in and how much of what comes out), and accident and near-miss records.
The sheets in the Excel file follow the order of the standards you chose (PFMEA for quality, environmental aspects for environment, risk assessment for occupational health and safety). Any other chosen standards follow, and an evaluation technique suited to each standard is used (FMEA unless specially requested, that is, a method that examines the effect when a failure occurs).
The score products, the significance flag and the grade columns are calculated with Excel formulas.
If you upload an evaluation table you already use, a Review result sheet is also created that points out missing scope, copied scores and judgment errors. For evidence, the environment is checked on the website of the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment (me.go.kr), occupational health and safety on KOSHA (kosha.or.kr) and US OSHA (osha.gov), and standards on ISO (iso.org).
Files are read only inside your browser and only text is sent (nothing is stored on the server or used for AI training).
Note: the number next to the title is the clause it is based on. HS is the Harmonized Structure (the common chapter structure used by ISO standards).
Risk assessment: (1) Choose standards and industry (2) Upload material (folder or files) (3) Write with AI (4) Download as Excel
When you select the standard to operate, a draft of the work for the selected steps is written to fit that standard's requirements. The requirements consist of the clauses and subclauses of the common chapter structure used by ISO standards (the harmonized structure, HS) and the requirements specific to each standard (for example, ISO 14001: environmental aspects and compliance evaluation; ISO 45001: risk assessment and worker participation).
If you select several standards, common requirements are written once, and standard-specific requirements are written separately with the standard name attached. Pass per standard: it is not sold by step and is not paid in advance.
If you click "Write with AI" for a standard without a pass, the cost is shown first, and if you agree, payment is made on the spot and writing continues.
Until AI writing is connected, please leave a message via "Contact staff".After entering your input, click "Write with AI". If you agree to the cost notice, the payment screen opens, and after payment you return to this page and continue with your input as it was.
The output appears after the document completeness check (80 points). On-screen payment (card, simple payment) is being prepared. Before then, or if you prefer a bank transfer, click "Contact staff". A staff member will explain the amount and the payment method, and will open access after confirming the deposit (eiso Pricing).

When you operate, designate the Management System\Risk Assessment folder (or file) and eiso organizes, compiles and analyzes that material and puts it together.
Material to designate: current risk assessment tables (environmental aspects table, risk assessment table, PFMEA, control plan), process charts, material balance (raw materials and emissions), permit and measurement records, accident and near-miss records, action results.
