Has the success of your management system depended on the competence of the one person responsible for each standard?

A management system run in that way may leave you with a certificate, but it does not change your products and processes. Certification is not the purpose of an ISO management system. The International Standards on economic prosperity, environmental protection and social justice were developed to support the sustainable development of your organization, and certification is evidence that a third party has assessed it objectively.
eiso is a platform where world-class AI works with you from the establishment of your management system through its operation and improvement. It writes documents to fit the Harmonized Structure that the International Standards share. At each step of the year's operation, from context of the organization to nonconformity, corrective action and improvement, it reads your actual records, analyzes them and proposes the next action. Output is produced only after the AI has checked it against the requirements of the standard.
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 have been revised together, and both standards have a three-year transition period. Organizations that build a management system run together with AI during this period will be a step ahead.

This revision is more than a change of a few clauses. ISO 9001:2026 requires an organization to determine whether climate change is a relevant external or internal issue. It also asks the organization to consider the effect of artificial intelligence and automation on quality, and it states the responsibility of top management to promote quality culture and ethical behaviour.
What matters to an organization is not conforming to the standard for its own sake, but actually implementing it and achieving results. A management system should be able to deliver the organization's economic prosperity, environmental protection and social justice.
eiso works in five groups. In Information Collection, you find evidence in the library and by asking the AI (free for members). In Management System Establishment, you write standard-specific documents, integrated documents, revision-response documents and individual documents with AI. In Management System Operation, you run 20 steps for each of the Economic Prosperity and Social Value tracks, and 16 steps for ICT (ISO/IEC 42001 and 27001). Several standards can be operated together as an integrated management system. Registers of operational data (internal audit, management review, nonconformity, competence and so on) and an operation calendar connect the steps. Your data stays with you. Source records such as records, results, inspections and measurements stay on your own computer. When you operate, you specify a folder, the browser reads it and the AI analyzes it. The results appear on screen, and you choose whether and where to save them. Names and contents in operational data registers are encrypted with a key specific to your company, and are prepared, reviewed and approved in your company workspace.
Operation does not stop when the person in charge changes. Each step takes over the results saved by the previous step, and registers and approval records are kept, which eases handover. This helps especially small and medium-sized enterprises in which one or two people handle several standards.
A management system your organization can run by itself 365 days a year: eiso will be the materials and tools for it.
eiso's AI functions write drafts of your documents to fit the common chapter structure (Harmonized Structure), based on internationally verified management system document models and on materials organized by AGENT Co., Ltd. Output is produced only after the AI has checked it against the requirements of the standard. In eiso, to preserve impartiality, AGENT Co., Ltd does not artificially write or review documents of individual companies, and does not guarantee certification results. Judgement and approval are yours. eiso provides the evidence and tools that support your judgement.
This solution was developed in Korean and Vietnamese. It particularly helps Korean companies operating in Viet Nam to overcome differences in language and level of industrialization. First choose an operation track. Economic Prosperity (based on ISO 9001: Clause 8, product and service realization) and Social Value (environmental protection and social justice: ISO 14001 and 45001 Clause 8, operation and emergency preparedness) are operated separately because their methods differ (Clause 8 operation steps are run per track; the steps common to the Harmonized Structure are run once for the standards of both tracks together). For each track, the AI drafts 20 steps to match the requirements of the chosen standard.
Documents can be integrated under the Harmonized Structure in Management System Establishment, and the results of the two tracks carry over to each other. eiso ProPro
eiso Pro is a module that installs the functions of the General module (management system establishment and operation) in the customer's dedicated environment or on the customer's in-house server. Documents, records and register data are kept in a repository not shared with other companies, and the customer decides whether to use AI and where it is sent, so customers can operate their management system while keeping direct control of their own information.
It is in preparation now. When development is finished it will be offered to customers, and the scope, method and price will be announced in the Announcements as soon as they are decided. Until then, please keep using the Basic and General modules. Company workspace data is already encrypted with a different key for each company.

Who uses eiso

eiso is a platform that is not tied to any particular certification body or consulting firm. Whichever certification body you are certified by and whichever consulting firm you work with, you use the same functions at the same price. AGENT operates and sells eiso, and the certification audit is carried out independently by the certification body you choose.
- CompaniesFind evidence and learn with Information Collection and Training Materials (Basic), and create documents and records yourself with System Establishment and Management System Operation (General). Results are stored in your company workspace, encrypted with a different key for each company.
- Consulting firmsThe client company pays for the pass, creates the company workspace, and then invites the consultant as a member (writer or reviewer). The operation pass is shared by the workspace members, and approval is given by the client company. The pass and ID belong to the client company, and one client's pass is never used for another client's documents.
- Certification bodiesUse Information Collection and Training Materials for auditor training and for responding to standard revisions, and for the body's own management system. To protect impartiality, eiso is not used to write the documents of a client company that the body certifies, and the body does not take the writer, reviewer or approver role in that client's workspace.
- Training providersUse Training Materials to prepare drafts of lesson plans and teaching materials for training. For the terms of use, see eiso Pricing.
