Roles and Responsibilities (R&R) Economic Prosperity step 3 · Social Value step 3 (HS 5.3)

Compare the organization chart, existing roles and responsibilities tables, job descriptions, and process, project and site materials with the requirements of Clause 5 (especially 5.3) of the selected standards (editions), and prepare roles, responsibilities and authorities by department, job, process, project and site, together with a RACI matrix. Map the standard clauses to departments, identify missing responsibilities, overlaps and statutory appointments, and propose improvement tasks. Next steps

Division of roles: eiso prepares the plan, forms and proposed document changes for this step. What you do on your own computer is reviewing, approving and announcing the roles and responsibilities table, updating it when the organization is reorganized, and training by role.
When you operate, designate the Management System\Roles and Responsibilities (R&R) folder (or file) and eiso organizes, compiles and analyzes that material and puts it together.
Material to designate: organization chart, existing roles and responsibilities tables and job descriptions, process map, list of projects and sites, status of legally required appointments.
