Please leave your questions about how to use eiso, document sets, AI features, and management system support and training. Our staff will review them, post an answer and notify you by email.
- You can leave a question after logging in as a member (Log in · Sign up is approved immediately).
- You can choose public or private. A private question is seen only by its author and our staff. The author's name on a public question is partly hidden.
- It is faster to look for an answer first in the Frequently Asked Questions.
- For impartiality, AGENT on eiso does not artificially write or review individual companies' documents and does not guarantee certification results. Our staff answer general questions about how to use eiso and its pricing, while implementation consulting and tailored training are discussed separately from eiso at Management System Establishment and Training Inquiries.
