The competence and awareness register runs on the Company Workspace. Keep rosters, training materials, attendance sheets, test papers and copies of certificates in a folder on your own computer; the register holds only the number of people by position, training and determinations (names and contents are encrypted with a different key for each company, while numbers, dates, statuses and scores are left as they are so that they can be tallied).

For each position, set the required competence and the number of people needed (the positions in the Policy and Roles Register), then enter the people held and the earliest expiry date. Training proceeds from plan to implementation to effectiveness evaluation, and if it is inadequate it is linked to a retraining plan and the Nonconformity and Corrective Action Register. Internal auditor qualifications are linked to the auditor roster of the Internal Audit Register. Candidates can be imported from the competence recognition results.

Principles to follow: Personal names are not stored (only the number of people by position; the roster Excel file is read and counted only inside this browser). Completion rate and attendance rate are not effectiveness. Your company enters the hours and intervals of statutory training. Clauses that could not be confirmed against the original text are marked "To be confirmed". Data is not used for AI training.
