Who it suits

• Companies that build or operate a combined system of 3 standards (for example, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001)
• Companies that use training materials and individual documents many times in a year, or use Management System Operation passes for several standards. If you use more than TBA at the standard member price, corporate membership is more advantageous
• Companies where 3 designated staff write, review and approve together in the company workspace (in preparation)
• Individuals who use training materials, individual documents and Management System Operation often (management system officers, in-house trainers, etc.): an individual membership has 1 designated person, the applicant, and can be applied for without a business registration number

Note: If you only use document writing for one or two standards, or use AI features only occasionally, the standard membership (payment per feature) costs less.

After you have used all your points, only corporate members can top up by paying an additional TBA or TBA. We add points equal to 50% of the amount paid.

Note: This is the same 1.5 times as the annual fee. You cannot top up while points remain.

What is included

• Company workspace (in preparation): outputs are encrypted and stored per company, and the result of an earlier step is carried over to the next step. We will notify you in the Announcements when it opens, and details are in Company Workspace. eiso does not take your company's files and does not use them for AI training. Storage management is described in the Information Security Guide.
• 3 designated staff share the points, and a history shows who used which feature and when
• Document completeness check (supplement if below 80 points) and "Check first, then download" for training materials and individual documents are included. If you choose a refund, it is returned to you as points
• When a standard is revised, you can write again against the latest revision (rights already purchased remain without a time limit)

Points to note

• The period is 1 year from the date the deposit is confirmed, with no automatic renewal or automatic payment. Remaining points expire when the period ends and are not carried over to the next year even if you renew. To use more after all points are used, see "Additional top-up" above.
• If no points have been used within 7 days of joining, you receive a full refund. After that, the refund is calculated at the lower of the remaining period ratio and the remaining points ratio. eiso does not sell documents (files) separately.
• AI writing for the whole company is limited to 30 times a month and 5 times a day per designated staff member (fair use).
• Individual members have the same terms (points, period, refund and 30 times a month). It is for your own work and cannot be used to share an account or to write documents for other companies.
• Corporate membership is unrelated to certification. It does not affect any certification body's certification application, audit or decision, and it gives no certification discount or preferential treatment. AI output is a reference draft and does not guarantee that certification will be obtained.
• The conditions above will be finalized by an amendment to the Terms of Use (announced 7 days in advance) when the service launches, and may change.
