Division of roles: eiso prepares the plans, forms and document change proposals for this step. What you do on your own computer is holding the management review meeting and carrying out the decisions. The records and results that build up from this work are the basic data.
When you operate, designate the Management System\Management Review folder (or file) and eiso will organize, tally, analyze and consolidate that material.
Material to designate: a summary of the results of each step, the previous management review minutes, and performance data. (Management System Operation Guide)
