Find ISO Reference Materials can be used in three ways. First, visit the library of Information Collection directly and download the materials you need from the clause-based management system materials, management training materials, knowledge materials and form materials. Second, ask a question under Search by question below, and the related materials are found and made available for immediate download.
Third, under Ask with AI below, the AI summarizes what was found first in the management system materials organized by AGENT and in the library, and supplements it with reliable external sources found on the web and with general knowledge, giving you an answer you can use in your work and further materials to read.
When the AI is connected in Search by question as well, an answer summarized from the materials found is also provided. If nothing is found, it says so and does not make anything up.

Operating guide

Step 1Log inLog in as a member. Sign-up is approved immediately, so you can use the service soon after signing up.
Step 2Choose how to searchTo search by yourself, go to the menu you need in the Clause 4 Context of the Organization of Information Collection. To search by question, enter what you want to know under "Search by question" below. If you need an organized answer rather than a list of materials, use "Ask with AI". Entering a clause number (for example, 9.2) or a task name (for example, internal audit, corrective action) gives better results.
Step 3View the resultsResults are shown in this order: AI answer, materials found in the library, then further library menus to browse.
Step 4DownloadClick the button next to a material (HWP, DOCX, PDF and so on) to download it immediately. The screen stays as it is during the download, and you can close the notice box with "Close". You can also find and download materials by title in each library menu. Most materials are in Korean, and HWP files can be opened with the Hancom Office Viewer (free).
Step 5If you need moreIf the answer is not sufficient, change your question and ask again, or leave an inquiry about management system establishment and training. The fees for AI functions can be found in the eiso pricing guide (eiso does not sell documents (files) separately).

Unlike "Find by Question" above, which shows a list of resource library materials, this feature has the AI organize the management system materials compiled by AGENT and the content found first in the resource library, and then supplements them with reliable external sources found on the web and general knowledge to give an answer that fits your question.
Directly below the answer, related files (from the resource library, available for immediate download) are attached. After that come the external sources found on the web (links, and downloads for public files) and the materials referred to. Because a web search is performed, an answer may take 1 to 2 minutes. The answer is for reference only. Please do not enter company names or personal information.
