The Process Register runs on the Company Workspace. Original process maps and procedures are kept in a folder on your computer, and the register holds only processes and link numbers (names and content are encrypted with a different key for each company, while numbers, dates, statuses and scores are left as they are so they can be aggregated).
Process Register: Harmonized Structure 4.4 (Management system and its processes) as operational data

For each process, enter the inputs, outputs, who, with what, how and how much (turtle diagram); link indicators to Objectives and Performance Monitoring, risks to the Risks and Opportunities Register, documents to the Measuring Equipment and Documents Register, and equipment to the Equipment Maintenance Register by number. The "Process performance" tab shows the status of the linked indicators as they are, and a process can be sent to the Internal Audit Register as an audit unit. Review dates appear in the Operations Calendar.

Principles we follow: Links are made by number only, and content is not copied. Your company sets the review interval. Positions are used instead of personal names. Clauses that could not be verified against the original text are marked "To be confirmed". Data is not used for AI training.
