The Policy and Roles Register runs on the Company Workspace. Policy wording, job titles and responsibilities are encrypted with a different key for each company, and the signed policy originals and organization chart originals are kept in a folder on your computer (the register holds only locations). Personal names are not recorded; positions are used instead.
Policy and Roles Register: Harmonized Structure Clause 5 (Leadership) as operational data

The Leadership tab gathers the evidence for each item of 5.1 from the registers already built up and records management activities; the Consultation and Participation tab attaches the ISO 45001 5.4 consultation and participation topics and shows missing topics; and the Monthly Summary tab lets the representative compare this month's figures with last month's (receiving email is optional). It imports the policy and commitments (PC- numbers) from the Policy Establishment output and the positions from the Roles and Responsibilities output, records the version, approval and next review date, and links each commitment to an objective in Objectives and Performance Monitoring. The person-in-charge fields of objectives, corrective actions, risks and Core Tools show the positions in this register as a list. When you write Management Review with AI, the Clause 5 check figures are included.

  1. ① PolicyImport it from the Policy Establishment output or write it directly; when the approver approves it, the effective date and next review date are set. To revise it, create a new version.
  2. ② Commitments ↔ ObjectivesLink an objective to each commitment (PC-) of the policy. Commitments and objectives with no link are flagged.
  3. ③ Roles and responsibilitiesDefine the responsibility, authority and reporting line of each position, and the mandatory roles required by the standard (ensuring conformity, reporting performance, workers' representative, etc.).
  4. ④ Clause 5 checkSee at a glance the standards without a policy, review dates, missing mandatory elements, empty mandatory roles and vacancies.
Principles we follow: Checks are for reference, and the final judgment rests with your company. "Approval" is an approver mark in eiso and is not a signature. Clauses of standards that could not be verified against the original text are marked "Verify against original". Data is not used for AI training.
