Notice of Amendment to the Terms of Use (Effective November 17)
Author Admin | Date 2026-10-18 | Views 22
We are amending the eiso Terms of Use as follows, effective November 17, 2026. Because the changes may be unfavorable to users, we are giving notice 30 days before the effective date, and members will also be notified by email.
Key points
- eiso does not sell documents (files) separately. When you pay, you receive the right (usage right) to create documents for that standard using the AI feature (Article 1, Article 2, Article 3, Article 15).
- "Document Set" means a usage right for Management System Documentation for each standard. The usage right has no time limit, and when a standard is revised, you can create the documents again based on the latest revision.
- We removed the 7-day withdrawal provision that applied before receiving a document file. Because creation begins together with payment when you click "Create with AI," the 7-day withdrawal of subscription does not apply to the usage right (Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce — this is shown on the screen before payment) (Article 16).
- If you paid in advance by bank transfer but have never used the usage right, we will refund it in full upon request (Article 16, Paragraph 2).
- For Training Materials and Lesson Plans and individual document creation, the "check first → receive as is/refund" process remains unchanged (Article 17).
- A usage right may not be transferred or shared, and you may not create documents on behalf of other companies in order to sell them (Article 19).
Effective date: November 17, 2026 — for on-screen payments (card and simple payment) made before that date, we will notify you of the limitation on withdrawal of subscription and obtain your consent each time you pay.
