Additional Amendments to the Terms of Use (Effective November 17)

Following the October 18 notice, we have further amended the eiso Terms of Use as described below. None of the changes is unfavorable to users, and all take effect together on November 17, 2026.
Key points
- October 27: We added the single-use internal audit pass (Article 8). Without a usage right for management system operation, you can use it for internal audits only, for one standard, for 30 days. We have set the withdrawal of subscription and refund terms for it, and unused usage rights are refunded regardless of the payment method (Article 16).
- October 28: Consulting firms and similar organizations can pay on behalf of their client companies, and authors in a company workspace can share a usage right (Article 19).
- November 1: We added free use (Article 15-2). For Training Materials and Lesson Plans, each member gets 1 free item per month (it does not carry over to the next month). For management system operation (including ICT), there is a 1-week free trial (one per member, one standard, no automatic payment).
- November 2: We added corporate membership (Article 15-3). For an annual fee of KRW 1,000,000 (excluding VAT), you receive 1,500,000 points, which can be used by the representative and 2 invited managers. AI writing for the whole company is limited to 30 times per month. When the points are used up, you can top up additional points, and if no points have been used within 7 days of joining, you will receive a full refund.
