1. Getting started
- Sign up: Sign-up is free, and you can log in right after signing up. Downloading materials and the AI functions require logging in.
- Reading the screen: The five buttons at the top are the functions (Information Collection, Training Materials, System Establishment, System Operation, Guide & Community). Two buttons in the same dotted box belong to the same module (green = Cargo Hold module, coral = Engine Room module). The "Same module" line under the left menu takes you straight to the paired function. You can also choose a cabin by clicking the ship picture on the home page.
- Pay when you use it: There is no advance payment. When you press "Write with AI" on a function screen, the price is shown, and if you agree, you pay and the draft is written. Until on-screen payment is ready, press "Contact the person in charge" and we will guide you on bank transfer. All prices exclude VAT and are gathered in eiso Pricing.
- Try it first: after signing up, press Open the demo workspace in the Company workspace to view a fictional company's results and progress board (view only). For Management System Operation, choose one standard in the Operation Guide and use it free for one week (once per member).
- Daily limit: Each member can use AI writing 5 times a day (counted together from Training Materials to ICT Management System Operation).

4. Managing results
Results appear on screen first, and they are saved only when you choose. Pick one of three places.
| Where | How | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| My computer · eiso storage folder | Save to a Folder on My Computer under the result; choose the storage folder once the first time | Word and Excel files are kept in function and step folders\results (Chrome, Edge). File contents are not sent to eiso. |
| This browser · previous work | Kept automatically | The latest 10 for each step can be found by date and reopened. Delete them on a shared PC. |
| Company workspace (optional) | Save to Workspace under the result | Stored encrypted with a different key for each company. Work is divided by role (author, reviewer, approver, administrator, view only), and documents are deleted automatically when the retention period (3 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years) ends. |
5. Data protection
Files are read only inside your company's browser and are not uploaded to the eiso server. Your data is not used to train AI, and saved records are encrypted with a different key for each company. Detailed promises and where each function sends your data are in the Safety Centre Guide; workspace management and the rules to follow before uploading are in the Information Security Guide.
6. When you are stuck
- To get a quick overview on video: eiso introduction video (3 min) · short video (50 s) · ISO/IEC 42001 operation in practice (90 s)
- First look in the FAQ (getting started, prices and payment, AI functions, management system operation, data and security).
- Ask "Ask us anything" (Posh the guide dog) at the bottom right of the screen for an immediate answer based on the website.
- If that does not solve it, leave a question in Questions and Answers (members).
Email eiso@eiso.co.kr · This guide is updated when screens and prices change. Results made by AI are reference drafts; reviewing and finalizing them is your company's responsibility.
