  • eiso is an AI management system platform that works in Korean and Vietnamese. Management system documentation for each standard can be done in Korean, English or Vietnamese.
    Documents (files) are not sold separately.
    The first thing to consider is whether your company can create its documents itself, quickly and in a way that fits your company.
    Instead of selling document files, eiso charges for the right to use an AI function when you use it.
    Reference materials (the Information Collection library and international standard revision materials) and document completeness checks are included.

  • Four System Establishment functions

    These are the AI functions you use in the System Establishment menu. You create documents for the first time (Management System Documentation), merge several standards into one (Integrated Document Development), revise when a standard changes (Standard Revision Response), and fill in a single missing document (Individual Document Development). The guide and the working screen for each function open when you click the function name or “Use it” in the table below.

Training Materials and Lesson Plans, Management System Documentation, Integrated Document Development, Standard Revision Response and Individual Document Development are not paid for in advance. The fee is shown when you click “Write with AI”, and you pay then (see “Pay when you click” below). Documents and lesson plans made by AI are drafts for reference and do not guarantee certification.

  • Pay when you click: no advance payment

    AI functions are not bought in advance. When you enter your input on each function screen and click “Write with AI”, we tell you the fee required. If you agree, you pay on the spot and writing continues.

We do not sell documents (files) separately. Once you pay, the function opens, and you write the document with AI and download it as a Word file.

  • Documents written with eiso

    Your company writes them itself with AI: we do not sell documents (files)

    eiso does not sell documents (files) separately. When your company enters its industry, standard, size and existing documents into an AI function such as Management System Documentation, drafts of manuals, procedures, guidelines and forms tailored to your company are created with reference to the supporting materials organized by AGENT Co., Ltd and the International Standard revision materials. The drafts are downloaded as Word files.

    The documents your company uses now are also valuable assets. Do not discard them: convert them to Office files and upload them (integration and gap analysis with existing documents) so they can be used together with the new documents.

    Document quality

    Before download, documents created by AI go through a document completeness check (80-point standard), and any gaps are supplemented. The documents are structured consistently with one another in the order of manual, procedures, guidelines and forms. The responsible departments of your company review and approve them to finalize.

    Languages (Korean, English, Vietnamese)

    Documents can be prepared in Korean, English and Vietnamese editions. This is especially helpful for reducing the language barrier for Korean companies operating in Vietnam.
