This step identifies the environment surrounding our company and the needs of related parties, to create the starting point of the management system. Its results are carried over and used by legal requirements, risk assessment and objectives.
When you specify a folder on your computer or upload files, the AI reads those materials and your input and analyzes your company's context of the organization. The analysis proceeds in this order: interested parties and their needs and expectations → requirements your company will address (adopt) in its management system → internal and external issues (SWOT, PESTEL, 7M) → risks, opportunities and candidate objectives.
Files are read only inside your browser and only the text is sent (nothing is stored on the server or used for AI training).
Note: the number next to the title is the basis clause. HS is the Harmonized Structure (the common chapter structure used by ISO standards).

Analyzing the context of the organization: ① Upload materials (folder or files) ② Select analysis methods ③ Analyze with AI
When you select the standard to operate, a draft of the work for the selected steps is written to fit that standard's requirements. The requirements consist of the clauses and subclauses of the common chapter structure used by ISO standards (the harmonized structure, HS) and the requirements specific to each standard (for example, ISO 14001: environmental aspects and compliance evaluation; ISO 45001: risk assessment and worker participation).
If you select several standards, common requirements are written once, and standard-specific requirements are written separately with the standard name attached. Pass per standard: it is not sold by step and is not paid in advance.
If you click "Write with AI" for a standard without a pass, the cost is shown first, and if you agree, payment is made on the spot and writing continues.
Until AI writing is connected, please leave a message via "Contact staff".After entering your input, click "Write with AI". If you agree to the cost notice, the payment screen opens, and after payment you return to this page and continue with your input as it was.
The output appears after the document completeness check (80 points). On-screen payment (card, simple payment) is being prepared. Before then, or if you prefer a bank transfer, click "Contact staff". A staff member will explain the amount and the payment method, and will open access after confirming the deposit (eiso Pricing).

Operating approach
- ① Intent of the standardFirst confirm the result the selected standard aims to achieve (for example, customer satisfaction for ISO 9001, prevention of injury and ill health for ISO 45001)
- ② Interested party analysisThe AI synthesizes your input and the typical interested parties of the industry, and prepares a proposed decision on needs, expectations and legal requirements → requirements to be addressed by the management system (what the organization will adopt)
- ③ Context of the organization analysisChoose from SWOT, PESTEL and 7M; external factors from a web survey of the industry (sources and reference dates), internal factors only from your materials
- ④ Link to the management system4.3 scope · draft 6.1 risk and opportunity register · 6.2 candidate objectives · review cycle
Analysis methods: selected by the customer (several allowed)
| Method | What it looks at | When to use |
|---|---|---|
| Interested party analysis (4.2) · Default | Identification of interested parties (influence × interest), needs, expectations and legal requirements, requirements to be addressed by the management system (proposed for adoption, needs review or not addressed, with reasons; compliance obligations marked; R numbers; approval by the organization), mapping to standard clauses, risks and opportunities, implementation roadmap, 4.2 self-diagnosis | Before analyzing the context of the organization: essential if this is your first time |
| SWOT analysis · Default | Strengths and weaknesses (based on your materials), opportunities and threats (industry survey), a scored matrix and cross strategies (SO, ST, WO, WT), implementation priorities | When considering the business strategy and the management system together |
| PESTEL analysis | External issues (political, economic, social, technological, environmental, legal) and industry structure (5 Forces), relevance to climate change | When changes in the external environment (regulation, carbon, supply chain requirements) are large |
| 7M analysis | Internal issues from the viewpoints of people, equipment, materials, methods, measurement, environment and management (funding) | When examining internal capabilities of the manufacturing site |
Helpful input
- Industry (required): the AI researches on the web the external trends (opportunities and threats) of that industry and the requirements of its interested parties
- Basic information: location, main products, number of workers, sales range, main customers, export share, certification scope, management policy
- Current-year business plan · previous-year management analysis materials · strengths and weaknesses analysis materials, pasted in or read from files (DOCX, XLSX, PDF, etc.; read only inside the browser and not stored)
- Company website address (if any)
Output
- Analysis overview · intent of the standard
- Interested party identification table · needs, expectations and requirements analysis table · requirements to be addressed by the management system (requirements the organization will adopt, R numbers, linked to risks, objectives and legal requirements) · clause mapping · implementation roadmap · 4.2 self-diagnosis checklist
- Internal issues table (with basis) · external issues table (sources and reference dates) · SWOT matrix · cross strategies · top management perspective review (selected methods only)
- Draft 6.1 risk and opportunity register · 6.2 candidate objectives · items to be confirmed (questions to ask)
Internal strengths and weaknesses are drawn only from the materials and input you provide. Where there is no basis, nothing is invented and the AI asks under "Items to be confirmed". Legal provisions and figures are used only when verified; if uncertain, they are marked "To be confirmed".
